If a player cannot verify their age or identity upon request, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending verification. Under 18: 77ad game operates a strict 18+ policy. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds held in the account forfeited. Please use the parental controls available on your device to prevent underage access to this platform.
Each player is permitted to hold one account on the 77ad game platform. Opening additional accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is considered a breach of these terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid contact number and a current email address during registration. This information is used to verify your identity, process withdrawals and communicate account-related updates. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms.
It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact information current. If your mobile number or email address changes, update your account details as soon as possible. 77ad game cannot be held responsible for failed communications sent to outdated contact details.
Your account balance reflects the funds currently available for play. Balances are denominated in PKR at all times. The balance displayed in your account is the authoritative record of available funds — if you believe there is a discrepancy, contact support with details and the matter will be investigated promptly.
77ad game does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after the inactivity period. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
All deposits and withdrawals on the 77ad game platform are processed in PKR. The platform currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast (instant interbank transfer), standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take slightly longer depending on the time of transaction and the sending bank's processing schedule. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
Funds deposited must be your own — depositing funds belonging to another person, or funding your account through any method that could be considered fraudulent, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied to all accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated on the withdrawal page within your account.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be asked to complete identity verification. This involves confirming your name, date of birth and providing a copy of a valid CNIC or other acceptable identity document. Verification is a one-time process for most players and is completed within one to two business days under normal circumstances.

77ad game does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control and are not refunded by 77ad game.
77ad game offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on slots, cashback offers, reload bonuses and VIP-specific promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including an eligibility period, minimum deposit requirement and wagering requirements.
Bonus funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered a specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, bingo and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms.
Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus more than once, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your account. Real money funds are used first in any betting session unless you actively choose to use bonus funds. Check your account balance breakdown before placing bets if you are unsure which balance is active.
Sports betting at 77ad game covers cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and domestic matches), football, Esports and other available markets. All bets are placed in PKR. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference number on screen. If a confirmation is not received — for example due to a connection drop immediately after submitting — do not assume the bet was placed. Check your bet history in your account before placing a duplicate bet.
77ad game reserves the right to limit, decline or void any bet at its discretion. This includes bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, bets placed after an event has started where real-time data was unavailable, and bets that appear to be placed with knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
Bets may be voided and stakes returned in situations including: event cancellation, match abandonment before completion of the required minimum play period, or technical errors affecting odds. In the case of PSL or international cricket matches that are abandoned due to weather or other causes, the specific sport rules for the relevant market will determine whether bets stand or are voided.
Live (in-play) betting allows you to place bets during an ongoing event. Odds in live markets update continuously. 77ad game operates a brief delay between the live event and the data feed used for live odds — this is a standard technical measure and all players are subject to the same delay. Any attempt to exploit data feed latency is considered a breach of these terms.
Slots, live casino and bingo games at 77ad game use certified random number generation or live dealer formats to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are independent — previous results do not influence future outcomes in any slot or RNG-based game. This is a fundamental property of how these games work and applies without exception.
Live casino games are streamed from third-party studio environments. In the event of a stream interruption during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress may be voided and any stake returned to your account. 77ad game will investigate and resolve any disputed live casino outcomes within a reasonable timeframe.
Bingo games run on a scheduled or on-demand basis depending on the room. Tickets purchased for a bingo game that is cancelled before the first number is called will be refunded to your account. Tickets for games that have begun are non-refundable.

Breaches of acceptable use will result in account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 77ad game will never contact you to ask for your password by any means — email, phone or chat. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and do not respond.
Use a strong, unique password for your 77ad game account that you do not use for any other service. Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so the account can be secured.
Any activity that takes place on your account before you report unauthorised access to 77ad game remains your responsibility. Bets placed and withdrawals processed before a report is received cannot be reversed.
77ad game may suspend or close an account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe these terms have been breached. Reasonable cause includes but is not limited to: suspected fraud, identity verification failure, chargeback activity on deposits, bonus abuse, multiple account operation or any prohibited conduct described in Section 8.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held will be frozen until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be released and normal account access restored. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering commitments) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
77ad game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability. 77ad game is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime beyond our direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ad game's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of real money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arose. 77ad game is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits or loss of gaming opportunity.
Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations that arise from winnings in their jurisdiction. 77ad game does not withhold or remit any taxes on behalf of players and makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of online gaming winnings.
